  • For a limited time we offer free standard shipping :)

    We offer domestic Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $10 per order and domestic Express shipping at $15.

  • Yes, we accept returns 30 days past your purchase date. To make a return email us at info@zolesc.com. Bikinis must be in the same condition you purchased them in to make a return, they must be unworn with hygiene stickers attached.

  • If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel the order completely, please contact us within 12 hours of your order being placed. Changes will not be able to be made beyond this period. However, if you receive the cossie and no longer want it, we do accept returns in the 30-day grace period. If the garment is in its original condition with hygiene stickers attached.

  • Generally, all orders should arrive in 3-5 business days. There may be the occasional delay with the post, but these are due to processes beyond our control.

  • We have a size guide for you to follow and we specify what sizes our models are wearing to help with estimating size. If you have any specific questions about an item, please reach out to us via the contact us page and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you have not received this within 48 hours, please contact us.

  • We accept all major payment methods.

  • Did you receive the order I just placed?

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has been processed. However, if you wish to get a refund no worries, just send the cossie back in its original condition.

  • ZOLESC is designed in Australia and manufactured in Bali.

  • Unfortunately, we will not be accepting after-pay at this stage.
